  Only select this option if you want to purchase a ticket to the Cincinnati Reds baseball game on Friday 6-8-2018 separate from course registration.
• EBP Session: IV Administration – $40.00
  This session is approved for 4-EBP hours and is provided by Eastern Kentucky University AP#P3683. The session is limited to the first 25 registrants. The fee is $40.00 per person and is in addition to the annual meeting cost
• Invited Faculty
  This selection is for invited speakers and board members only. A registration code is required for this selection.
• KATS Member: Symposium Only – $75.00
• KATS Member: Symposium plus Ticket to Baseball Game – $110.00
  On-site registration for members will be $100.00
• Non-member: Symposium Only – $125.00
  On-site registration for non-members will be $150.00
• Non-Member: Symposium plus Ticket to Baseball Game – $160.00
  On-site registration will be $150.00
• Student: Symposium Only – $25.00
  NOTE: To register as a student, you must be actively enrolled in a CAATE accredited athletic training education program or other allied health profession program. On-site registration will be $40.00.
• Student: Symposium plus Ticket to Baseball Game – $60.00
